My late summer CSA-inspired recipe is now posted at The Nourishing Gourmet. Expect fresh string beans enhanced with tangy feta, diced tomato, and a sassy flavor smack of red pepper flakes and garlic. Not only is this super-easy and healthy- due to carotenoids present both in the beans and tomatoes, and the silicon from the green beans for bone and tissue health- (not to mention the powerhouse properties of fresh garlic) I simply love that it is low-carb and uses some of my absolute favorite foods, green beans and feta!
