It has been a long and sober winter. But now it’s February and the sun is shining with a clear-cut yellow brilliance. I am inspired to cook and increase the vitality of the ones around me. I want them to acomplish amazing things. Personally, my new and risky feat is this blog. I suppose I have nothing to lose by writing even to myself about my emerging world view, my opinions, and developing plans for this year’s well-being. For me, things often begin with food. I’ve found my decisions regarding food have a broad effect, from my health, to my mood, to our neighborhood, and, dare I say to the world itself. So with such grand motivations in my head, here’s a taste of my everyday, with my babies and husband, with my lazy days and industrious ones… with cooking schemes for both.
